PDE Training NQF4 [Mouse over more detail] All existing Estate Agents and Principals who have not been exempted must pass the Professional Designation Examination after obtaining their Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications or after receiving exemption from these qualifications. The next PDE exam has been scheduled by the EAAB for 8 March 2012. The closing date for registration for the exam is 14 February 2012. We are offering a full day preparatory seminar for candidates. February 2012 Rental Course [Mouse over more detail] Having a rental side to your property business can provide a stable income � if you know what you�re doing!IEASA Garden Route in association with the Assessment & Training Centre invites Landlords and Estate Agents to attend their Residential Rental Training course. You will leave with the required knowledge to safeguard your business and your landlord�s investment. The course is taking place the27th and 28th of February 2012, at the George Lodge in George. The course will run from 09h00 until 14h00 on both days. The Full Residential Rental Course costs R1200 for IEASA Members and R1400 for Non Members. Due to the popularity thereof, the �refresher course� option is still available! It is only for those who have attended the course previously AND they must have their previous (own) training manual � otherwise they will have to pay the Full Residential Rental course price.
